Disclosure of Interest in Shares - Part VI Companies Act 1985
A notification of disclosable interests dated 2 October has been received by the
Company from FMR Corp. in that FMR Corp. and Fidelity International Limited and
their direct and indirect subsidiaries hold 10,364,325 Ordinary Shares of 10p
each which represents 3.08% of the issued share capital of Next plc.
