Directors of the Company (following the format of Rule 16.13(a) of the Listing
Rules):

Brendan Magee: (i) full disclosure to company made 25 July; (ii) transaction
effected on 24 July; (iii) 2 trades - First; 12,373 ordinary Text 100 Group plc
shares of 5p purchased privately at £3.00 each, and second; 3,333 ordinary Text
100 Group plc shares of 5p purchased in the market at £3.00 each; (iv) first was
private sale, and second was purchase in the market; (v) Director's interest is
via his wife, Hilary Magee, who was the purchaser.

Ian Taylor: (i) full disclosure made to company 12 July; (ii) transaction
effected 11 July; (iii) 10,000 ordinary Text 100 Group plc shares of 5p
purchased privately at £2.80 each; (iv) Private purchase by Ian Taylor in his
personal capacity of all 10,000 shares from Hudson Venture Partners Limited, a
company owned 50% by Ian Taylor; (v) see previous.
