The Company received notification today that Mrs Louise Adams sold
1,385,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each today (representing 6.18% of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company) at a price of 500p per share.
As a result of this disposal Mrs Adams now no longer has a notifiable interest
in the Company.
