                             Notifiable Interest



In accordance with sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended,
the Company received notification today from Liontrust Investment Funds
Limited that three funds managed by its sister company, Liontrust Investment
Services are interested in a total of 2,218,000 2.5 pence ordinary shares
representing 4.95% of the Company's issued share capital.  The breakdown is as
below:


The Liontrust Intellectual Capital Trust (Unit Trust)       1,618,900

Liontrust Knowledge Economy Trust Plc                         452,100

Stagecoach Group Pension Scheme (segregated Portfolio)        147,000


The shares are registered in the name of Morgan Nominees Limited (being the
nominee company of Liontrust's custodian, Deutsche Bank A.G.).
