Director Roles and Responsibilities
The Board of NextEnergy Solar Fund, a leading specialist investor in solar energy and energy storage, is pleased to announce the following changes to its Director Roles and Responsibilities.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Mr Paul Le Page, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, the Management Engagement Committee, the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and the Market Disclosure Committee, with effect from 21 November 2023.

NextEnergy Solar Fund is a specialist solar energy and energy storage investment company that is listed on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange and is a FTSE 250 constituent.
NextEnergy Solar Fund's investment objective is to provide ordinary shareholders with attractive risk-adjusted returns, principally in the form of regular dividends, by investing in a diversified portfolio of utility-scale solar energy and energy storage infrastructure assets. The Fund may invest up to 30% of its gross asset value in non-UK OECD countries, 15% in solar-focused private infrastructure funds, and 10% in energy storage assets.
