Interim Dividend
NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 1.5775 pence per Ordinary Share for the quarter ending 30 September 2016. The interim dividend of 1.5775 pence will be paid on 30 December 2016 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 18 November 2016.
The Company will also be offering shareholders a scrip dividend alternative to this interim dividend as detailed in the Scrip Circular dated 25 August 2016, a copy of which can be viewed and/or downloaded from 'Circulars' in the Investor Relations part of the NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited's website (www.nextenergysolarfund.com).
Elections forms will be sent to shareholders later this month, and if shareholders wish to receive all or part of this interim dividend by way of new shares in the Company, election forms need to be filed by 5.00pm on 5 December 2016. If no action is taken, the interim dividend will be paid as cash.

NextEnergy Solar Fund (www.nextenergysolarfund.com) is a specialist investment fund focused on operational solar photovoltaic ("PV") assets located in the UK.
