NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that its first Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 p.m. on 19 June 2015, at the registered office of the Company at 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2HL.
