NextEnergy Solar Fund, a leading specialist investor in solar energy and energy storage, announces that it has purchased the following number of Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange through Cavendish Capital Markets Limited.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 8,120,432 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 582,700,753 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
The total number of voting rights in the Company 582,700,753 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their major interest or a change to their major interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
