The board of directors (the "Board") of Quixant (AIM:QXT), a leading provider of specialised computing platforms for casino gaming and slot machine applications, notes the substantial movement in the Company's share price since 18 October 2013. The Board wishes to state that it is not aware of any reason for such movement.
