Appointment of Clare Lacey as Non-Executive Director
Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a leader in enabling the energy transition by delivering sustainable infrastructure, is pleased to announce the appointment of Clare Lacey to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 14 January 2022.
Clare is currently a partner at QMPF, an Edinburgh based infrastructure advisory business, where her focus has been within the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. As one of the founding partners, she was heavily involved in the management buy-out from Quayle Munro in 2012 and growing the business. While still a part of Quayle Munro, Clare undertook fund management of an AIM listed PFI fund, PFI Infrastructure Company Plc, among other PFI and corporate finance remits.
Clare currently holds a Non-Executive Director position with NYOP Education and is a PwC qualified Chartered Accountant.
Commenting on the appointment, Richard Kilner, Chairman of Nexus Infrastructure plc, said:
