Tremor International Ltd (AIM: TRMR), a global leader in advertising technologies, announces that Tim Weller, Non-Executive Chairman, has informed the Company of his intention to step down from the Board and as a director of the Company.

Tim has spent six years as Chairman of Tremor, supporting the Company through its IPO in 2014 and the successful completion of a number of strategic transactions, including Tremor's merger with RhythmOne plc in 2019 and most recently, the Company's acquisition of Unruly in January this year. Tim has decided to step down from his role in order to focus on other business interests.

Tim will continue to carry out his duties and assist the Company during a transition period up to 31 August 2020, at which time he will formally leave the Board.
