BOARD CHANGE
Nichols plc, the soft drinks group, announces with regret that it has accepted
the resignation of Brendan Hynes as Group Finance Director in order to take up a
new role. The Board is pleased, however, that Brendan will remain in his
current position until after the announcement of the Group's Preliminary results
in March 2007. A search for a replacement is already underway.
Commenting John Nichols, Chairman, said:
'We are sad that Brendan will be leaving us. Brendan has been a tremendous
asset to the Group over the past four years, during which time we have
successfully repositioned our business. We all wish him well in his new
position.
