The following change to the shareholding of Mr P J Nichols has been notified
to the company today as a result of a legacy from a deceased shareholder.
Mr Nichols' shareholding has increased by 400,055 ordinary 10p shares, 1.08%
of the issued share capital. His total shareholding, including beneficial and
non-beneficial interests is now 4,804,136 ordinary 10p shares, 13.0% of the
issued share capital.
