Grant of SAYE Options and PDMR Dealings

Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that it has launched two 2024 Save As You Earn Schemes (the "2024 SAYE Scheme") for all eligible employees, one offering saving plans over 3 years, the other over 5 years.

Employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which were granted on 24 April 2024 at an exercise price of 788 pence in accordance with the terms of the 2024 SAYE Scheme. This represents a discount of 20% from the average mid-market closing price for an Ordinary Share on the 3 business days from Wednesday 3 April 2024 to Friday 5 April 2024 prior to the invitation made to all eligible employees on Wednesday 10 April 2024.

A total of 95 employees have participated in the scheme and 73,941 Options have been granted representing 0.20% of the Company's issued share capital.

The following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") have chosen to participate in the 2024 SAYE Scheme:
