Announcement of filing of the block listing application
Nokia Corporation has applied for the block listing of 144,000,000 Nokia shares
with a par value of EUR 0.06 on the London Stock Exchange. The block listing
covers the shares to be subscribed for pursuant to stock options under the Nokia
Stock Option Plan 1999.
This announcement relates to, and is disclosed at the London Stock Exchange,
only.
