Transaction in Own Shares

 

The Company announces that on 18 December 2020 it purchased 26,500 Ordinary Shares of 5p each for cancellation at the prices detailed below:

 

16,500 at a price of 3,402.73p each

10,000 at a price of 3,455.90p each.

 

Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 14,043,000 ordinary shares with voting rights.

 

The above figure ( 14,043,000 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
