Board Changes

The Board of Directors of Northacre Plc are pleased to announce the appointment
of Malcolm Williams (age 59) as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Mr
Williams spent 38 years at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Limited (formerly
Kleinwort Benson Limited) based in Europe and Asia. He retired from the Allianz
Dresdner Group in 2004. He is non executive Chairman of Financial Payment
Systems Limited and a non executive Director of European Venture Partners
Limited, Strathdon Investments plc, Dresdner Kleinwort Capital Jersey Limited
and EVP Limited (BVI) and on the Advisory Boards of Vermilion Partners Limited
and CP Equity Partners.
