The Board of Northacre PLC ("the Company") announces that it has today terminated the appointment of Mr. John Hunter as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. He will

cease to become a Director of the Company on or before 11 February 2010.

The role of the Chief Executive Officer will be taken up by Klas Nilsson, until a replacement

is announced.

Klas Nilsson, Chairman of Northacre commented:
