Director Shareholding

Further to the Issue of Equity announcement released on Friday 10 February 2006,
of the 2,041,142 C Shares allotted under the 2005/06 Offer for Subscription on 
Friday 10 February 2006, 25,750 C Shares were allotted to Mr Edward Michael 
Patrick Denny, a director of the Company at a price of 100p per share.

As a result of this allotment, Mr Denny has a beneficial interest in 25,750 C
Shares of 75p each in the Company representing 0.52% per cent of the current 
issued C Share capital.  Mr Denny's holding of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p 
each remains unchanged at 100,000 shares representing 0.26% of the current 
issued Ordinary Share capital.
