The  Company  was informed on 24 July 2007 that GCIT Foundation has disposed  of
5,715,000  ordinary shares in the Company. As a result GCIT  Foundation  is  now
interested in 24,185,000 ordinary shares in the Company. This holding represents
8.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
