Douglas, Isle of Man, 27 June, 2012: Zhaikmunai L.P. (LSE: ZKM) is pleased to announce that its annual general meeting of limited partners ("AGM") will be held at The Sefton Hotel, Harris Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man on July 9th, 2012 at 11:00 a.m.   

The meeting will consider the resolutions laid out in the notice of AGM, which has been posted to limited partners along with the form of proxy.
