Amsterdam,  12 June 2013.  Zhaikmunai L.P. (LSE: ZKM) is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting of limited partners ("AGM") will be held at The Crowne Plaza Hotel-Amsterdam South, George Gershwinlaan 101, Amsterdam 1082 MT, The Netherlands on 28 June, 2013 at 12:00 p.m.

The meeting will consider the resolutions laid out in the notice of AGM which has been posted to limited partners along with the form of proxy.

Zhaikmunai is an independent oil and gas enterprise currently engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in north-western Kazakhstan. Its Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) are listed on the London Stock Exchange (Ticker symbol: ZKM). Zhaikmunai's principal producing asset is the Chinarevskoye field, in which it holds a 100% interest and is the operator, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhaikmunai LLP.
