NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Douglas, Isle of Man - November 5th, 2012: Zhaikmunai L.P. (LSE: ZKM) is pleased to announce that a Special General Meeting ("SGM") of its limited partners will be held at The Sefton Hotel, Harris Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man on November 26th, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. 

The meeting will consider the resolutions laid out in the notice of SGM, which has been distributed to the limited partners along with the form of proxy.
