Douglas, Isle of Man Ð November 26th, 2012: Zhaikmunai L.P. (LSE:ZKM) (ÒZhaikmunaiÓ) is pleased to announce that on November 26th, 2012 the limited partners of Zhaikmunai duly passed all proposed resolutions at the Special General Meeting (ÒSGMÓ) of limited partners.
