Cancellation of Listing of the Global Depository Receipts ("GDRs") on the London Stock Exchange

 

London, 26 July 2023

 

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 22 June 2023, the cancellation of the listing of the Company's GDRs on the standard segment of the FCA's Official List and trading on the main market of the main market for listed securities of the LSE ("LSE Delisting") will become effective from 08.00 a.m. (London time) today. 

 

The Company will, in due course, also apply to the Moscow Exchange ("MoEX") to de-list its GDRs from trading on MoEX ("MoEX Delisting"). Delisting on LSE and MoEX is a condition of the business combination with Corner Growth Acquisition Corp which was announced on 4 May 2023.

 

The Company anticipates that the MoEX Delisting will be completed by early October. The Company will continue to update its shareholders and its GDR holders in connection with the MoEX Delisting and on the business combination with Corner Growth as necessary.
