Numis Corporation Plc ('Numis')
Share options
The Board of Numis announces that, on 14 February 2005, it approved the issue
and allotment of 241,500 (0.24%) Numis shares to the Numis Employee Share Trust
at a price of 41.4p per share.
This follows the surrender of options over 241,500 Numis shares and the grant of
options over 241,500 Numis shares held by the Trust on the same terms, as
follow:

The new Numis shares will rank pari passu with all existing Numis shares.
Application will be made for admission of the new Numis shares to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings are
expected to commence on 21 February 2005.
The Numis shares referred to above are Numis' ordinary shares of 5p per share
and the total number of shares in issue following the above are 102,318,350.
