Numis Corporation Plc ('Numis')
Subdivision of existing share capital
At the Numis AGM, held on 1 February 2005, a resolution was passed to subdivide
each Numis ordinary share of 25p each into five new Numis ordinary shares of 5p
each. The subdivision will become effective on 12 February 2005 and the new
Numis ordinary shares of 5p each will be traded from 14 February 2005.
Share certificates will remain valid for the new shares, no new share
certificates will be issued. For holders of shares in CREST, the ISIN number
will change from GB0007252512 to GB00B05M6465.
Following the subdivision the total number of shares in issue will be
102,076,850.
