Appointment of General Counsel and Company Secretary

Numis is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Stewart as General Counsel and Company Secretary with immediate effect. Consequently, Andrew Holloway, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, has relinquished his role as Company Secretary. Richard joins from Bank of Montreal where he held a number of senior legal and compliance roles and was most recently Chief Legal and Compliance Officer for EMEA and Asia .
