The Board of Numis announces that, Lorna Tilbian and Simon Denyer, Executive Directors of Numis, elected to take the scrip alternative dividend on their respective shareholdings for the final dividend relating to the year ended 30 September 2013. Oliver Hemsley, Chief Executive Director of Numis, elected to take the scrip dividend over part of his shareholding.
