The Board of Numis announces that, following the vesting of award shares under the Numis Corporation Plc Long Term Incentive Plan (2008) ("the LTIP") today, Lorna Tilbian Executive Director of Numis interest in Numis shares has increased.

Lorna Tilbian's interest in Numis' shares is:-
