RAPHAEL ZORN HEMSLEY HOLDINGS PLC ('RZHH')

RZHH announces that it has today granted three executive Directors of RZHH
options over 130,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.87% of the issued
ordinary share capital of RZHH.  These options are exercisable at 107.5p after
3 years from the date of grant of the options and not more than 7 years after
that date.  Details of the individual Directors' holdings are listed below:
