The Board of Numis announces that, today, the Numis Employee Share Trust ('the
Trust') purchased 22,500 Numis ordinary shares at 605p per ordinary share.
Following this purchase the Trust holds 820,764 (4.37%) Numis ordinary shares.

The ordinary shares referred to are Numis' ordinary shares of 25p per share.
