NWF Group plc ("NWF" or the Group"), the specialist distribution business, has received notification from Mark Hudson, Chairman, that today he acquired 25,000 shares in NWF at a price of 80 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mark Hudson now owns a total of 582,600 Shares representing 1.26% of the Company's Issued Share Capital.
