                       Appointment of New Chief Executive


Further to the announcement on 12 June 2007, the Board of NWF announces that
Richard Whiting, having joined the Company Board on 1 October 2007, today
assumes the position of Chief Executive. As already advised previous Chief
Executive Graham Scott resigns as director with effect from 31 October 2007.
