Transaction in own Shares
The Company announces that, further to its announcement on 14 November 2019, it has purchased 1,800,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 220.0 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this transaction, there are 202,599,963 Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's main market, none of which are held in treasury.
