Orad names Ehud Ben Yair as new CFO.



Kfar Saba, Israel - 8th July, 2005 - Orad Hi-Tec Systems Limited (Symbol: OHT),
world leader in virtual sets, on-air graphics and sports production tools has
appointed Ehud Ben Yair as its new Chief Financial Officer.  He joins Orad on
11th July, 2005.



He brings 10 years of financial management experience in high tech multinational
companies.  Prior to joining Orad, Mr Ben Yair served as CFO for Olive Software,
Director of Finance for Voltire and CFO for Magalcom.  Mr Ben Yair is a
certified public accountant and holds a BA degree in economics.



Mr Ben Yair is replacing Ms. Sarit Sagiv who served as the CFO of Orad from
2001.The Board wishes to thank her for her effort and dedication to the
Company's affairs over this period.
