Ocean Harvest Technology Group Plc (AIM: OHT), a leading researcher, developer and supplier of proprietary blended seaweed products as functional additives for the global animal feed industry, is pleased to announce that all resolutions in the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting duly passed by shareholders on a show of hands at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today.
