DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS

Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it has received notification the following transaction relating to ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") took place on 26 May 2011:

Mr Jose Francisco Gouvea Vieira the Chairman of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited purchased 10,000 shares at GBP 13.21p per Ordinary Share

Following this transaction, Mr. Gouvea Vieira's total beneficial holding in the Company is 146,600 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.415 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
