DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS

Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it has received notification the following transaction relating to ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") took place on 15 August 2012:

Mr Chris Townsend, a Director of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited, purchased 5,000 shares at GBP 8.90p per Ordinary Share

Following this transaction, Mr. Chris Townsend total beneficial holding in the Company is 30,708 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.087 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The notification of this transaction is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
