DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS

Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it has received notification of the following transaction relating to ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Mr. C Maltby a Director of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited purchased 1,000 shares at £7.60p per Ordinary Share on the 19^th November 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr. C Maltby's total beneficial holding in the Company is 9,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
