OCEAN WILSONS HOLDINGS LIMITED
FINAL DIVIDEND
The Company intends to pay a final dividend of 20.0cents per share on 4 May 2007
to shareholders on the register at close of business on 10 April 2007.
Shareholders will continue to receive dividends in sterling determined by
reference to the exchange rate applicable to the US Dollar on the dividend
record date, except for those shareholders that elect to receive dividends in US
dollars
Where the shareholder has not elected to receive dividends in US Dollars the
Company will translate the US dollar amount into sterling at the closing USD /
GBP exchange rate on 10 April 2007 which was $1.9724 giving a final dividend in
sterling of 10.1399p per share.
