Our principal operating subsidiary, Wilson Sons Limited announced to the Brazilian and Luxembourg Stock Exchanges the following announcement.

Wilson Sons Limited ("Wilson, Sons") (Bovespa: WSON11) announces that it has been granted the Prior Environmental License (LP) from FEPAM (Fundação Estadual de Proteção Ambiental - RS) in relation to the construction of the Company´s shipyard facilities in the city of Rio Grande (State of Rio Grande do Sul). The Company continues to pursue all the necessary environmental programs to obtain the License for Installation (LI) to initiate site construction.

The shipyard of the Company in Rio Grande will serve to build vessels to support offshore platforms along with harbor and ocean tugboats. The Rio Grande Shipyard combined with the expanding Guarujá Shipyard will facilitate the Company´s strategy of building vessels to meet the demand driven by growth in the oil and gas industry and international trade flow.
