Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that on 4 April 2013, 3,329,654 Ordinary Shares of £0.01p each were issued and allotted to 220 subscribers at a price of 101.3 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 1 February 2013. 

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares.   Admission is expected to become effective on or around 18 April 2013.

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 49,591,166 Ordinary Shares.
