Shares.
Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that on 21 August 2009 the Company
purchased 223,210 Ordinary shares at a price of 66.0p per share. The
Ordinary shares purchased represent 0.75% of the total number of
voting rights in the Company before the transaction.
These shares will be held in Treasury.
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company
is now 31,930,030 Ordinary shares. The Company now holds 2,314,550
Ordinary shares in Treasury.
