Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Octopus AIM VCT 2 plc ("The Company") announces an allotment of 4,400,292 Ordinary Shares of 0.01p each were issued and allotted on 11 November 2014 at a price of 83.0p per share pursuant to the Offer for subscription dated 29 August 2014.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares.   Admission is expected to become effective on or around 28 November 2014.

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 56,085,336 Ordinary Shares.
