Correction to Announcement of Issue of Equity on 3 April 2013, Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Octopus Apollo VCT plc announces that, owing to an administrative error, the announcement relating to the issue of equity which was published at 18:17 on 3 April 2013 overstated the number of shares allotted and issued by 160,054 Ordinary shares and overstated the number of applicants by 2.

The correct number of shares allotted and issued on 3 April 2013 was 7,758,249 Ordinary shares of 10p each to 296 applicants.

The Company has today issued and allotted 961,319 Ordinary Shares of 10p each to 33 applicants at a price of 94.0 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 1 October 2012.  Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares.  

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now:   71,115,353 Ordinary Shares.
