Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights and Closure of Offer

On 21 February 2014 the Company issued and allotted 4,552,069 Ordinary Shares of 10p each to 112 applicants at a price of 89.7 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 2 December 2013.  Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares.  

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now:   78,172,972 Ordinary Shares.

The Offer closed at 12.30 p.m. on 21 February 2014.
