Offer for Subscription - Extension of closure date
Octopus Apollo VCT plc announces that, in accordance with the terms included within the Prospectus dated 17 August 2012, the date of closing for participation in the Offer (as defined therein) has been extended from 5 April 2013 to 30 June 2013, unless fully subscribed earlier.
As a result of this extension and so as to be able to process applications split across both the 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 tax years, the Company has today published a revised application form in respect of the Offer, copies of which can be downloaded from: www.octopusinvestments.com or by contacting Octopus Investments Limited on 0800 316 2295.
