PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

 

Octopus Apollo VCT plc announces that on 26 June 2015 the Company purchased for cancellation 69,236 Ordinary Shares of 10p each at a price of 80.5 pence per share.

 

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 149,276,768 comprising 97,470,949 Ordinary 10p Shares and 51,805,819 C Ordinary 1p Shares.
