Offer for subscription

Further to the issue of a prospectus on 7 February 2013 relating to an Offer for Subscription ("Offer") for ordinary shares of 10p each to raise up to £30 million in aggregate split equally between the Companies, the Boards of the Companies announce that the Offer closed with effect from noon on Monday, 15 April 2013.

Application Forms for subscription to the Offer received after its closure will have their Subscription Forms and cheques/funds returned as the Offer is now closed.

A further announcement will be made in due course concerning the allotment of new Ordinary Shares in respect of Application Forms received up to noon on Monday 15 April and when dealing in those shares is anticipated to commence.
